1. Introduction

This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the rules, policies, and guidelines for participants of the [Retreat Name] ("Retreat") hosted by Premiere Cellars and Vision Cardio ("Hosts"). By signing up for the Retreat, you ("Participant") agree to comply with all terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot in the Retreat.

• Payment Schedule: The remaining balance will be split into two payments. The first payment is due on or before January 31st, 2025, and the final payment is due by March 31st, 2025.

• Late Payments: Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the forfeiture of your spot at the Retreat without refund.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Deposit: The $500 deposit is non-refundable for any reason.

• Cancellations Before March 1st, 2025: Cancellations made before this date will not be responsible for the remainder of the payment.

• Cancellations After March 1st, 2025: The full payment for the Retreat is required after this date. No refunds will be issued, and the Participant is liable for the total cost of the Retreat.

• Credit Card Refunds: These are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee. 

• Responsibility for Expenses: Premiere Cellars and Vision Cardio are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Participant in preparation for the Retreat, including but not limited to airline tickets, loss of work, positive COVID-19 tests, extended lodging, or other related costs.

4. Liability Release

• Assumption of Risk: The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Retreat involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to physical activities, travel, and interactions with others. By signing this Agreement, the Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their participation in the Retreat.

• Waiver of Liability: The Participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Premiere Cellars, Vision Cardio, their owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss the Participant may suffer during or as a result of the Retreat.

• Medical Treatment: The Participant consents to receive any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Retreat and agrees to cover any associated costs.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect for Others: The Participant agrees to treat all other participants, staff, and locals with respect and kindness. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the group may result in immediate dismissal from the Retreat without refund.

• Alcohol and Substance Use: The Participant agrees to consume alcohol responsibly and refrain from using illegal substances during the Retreat.

6. Changes to the Retreat

• Right to Modify: The Hosts reserve the right to make changes to the Retreat itinerary, activities, or accommodations as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all participants. 

• The Hosts reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel the dates of the retreat.  In such a case, the participant will be entitled to a full refund of their deposit and any other payments made towards the retreat. 

• Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Hosts, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events, the Retreat may be postponed or canceled. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Hosts based on the specific situation.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], and any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Country].

8. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for the Retreat and making a deposit, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
